Spouse visa application form help PLS

hello all, im filling in the spouse visa app form to bring in my husband in. pls i do have a couple of questions?

• Are they a director or non-executive director of a limited company based in the UK?I’m a director but not trading but still submitting account because I have ongoing expenses because the company is still active like bank charges, loan repayments etc
  
  Do I have to declare I am a director because it is saying I have to submit latest annual accounts . ( I’m fully employed so not relying on my company for financial requirements) but i dont want to open a can of worms when not needed. Can i say no, i have seen people say no and get away with it, but i dont want to risk losing my £5k application fee because of that

Also,It’s asking if we lived together before. We lived together in 2014 in uk till he went back home in sep 2015, The issue is I don’t remember him having any bill there to show he was living there . All his bank statements were registered at his old address. Should I say no or they can find out we lived together ? we travelled on the same flight back home for a 2 week holiday in the same 2014)

Anyone put NO for “are you a Director of a company in Uk” even though they are and the company is not trading but still submitting accounts?

I’m relying on my salaried employment as Evidence of income
