Spouse visa marriage certificate help

Hi

I got married last week and marriage certificate is issued today ie 040320224

I have both nikah copy issued by registrar (obs in urdu) and english urdu marriage certificate issued by govt of punjab. My question is do i have to apply for NADRA marriage certificate it can take another 3-5 days or i can submit only marriage certificate issued by government of punjab excluding the registrar urdu copy ?
Any help is massively appreciated and i am on limited leave here in pakistan and would like to submit the application as soon as possible.
