FLR(M) Extension

Post by jaan08 » Mon Apr 22, 2024 10:52 am

Hi,
I am applying for FLR (M) extension visa. I have a query that i might get clarity by posting here.

i am the applicant and my husband is a British passport holder. there are no dependent with the application.

i have a question on declaration form.

there are 3 declaration forms needed to sign.

Part 1 : Consent for the home office to verify the application information - this is for the applicant - I have signed it.

Part 2 : Consent for the home office to verify third party information - This is for my husband - he signed it as few documents are in joint name.

Part 3 : Consent for the home office to verify third party sponsor : Please advise who needs to sign this form? is it my husband needs to sign? or do i need to leave this form ??

I am having my appointment in days please advice.

Thanks
