trouble to create E-visa

Hi all,
I have an issue which I can’t seem to sort out or find in the group.
1. I have a spouse visa from April 2022- January 2025 - 5 year route
But in February this year( 2024) I tried applying for Pre settled status as I have a British born son and husband holds Settled status. It has been refused and it shows on the UKVI website.
2. Now I’m trying to apply for E-Visa to apply for FLR ( Extension spouse visa ) .
My e-visa is linked to the application for Refused EU settlement scheme and it shows my BRP valid date is not the same as scanned. I’ve tried many times again and again and the app has locked my app on the phone. Not sure what to do next. Please help
