Waiting to collect Passport

Hi

It's been a few days since we got the email from UK Visa saying the application for the Partner visa was approved. My spouse is from Pakistan.

On the email it says that we shouldn't travel to collect the passport from the application centre until they contact us again to let us know that it's ready.

Do you know how long it usually takes for this second email to arrive? Is it weeks?
