error in paying IHS

error in paying IHS

Hello
I filled form for uk spouse visa extension.It is for wife and two daughters.I filled up the whole form but when it comes to paying IHS fees , it give error and says try again.I tried many times but no clue what is wrong with it.Is it they take ihs fees first then application fees?
