Religion in Fiancee Visa or Dependent visa

Post by kashiflm » Mon Mar 30, 2009 9:45 pm

In the fiancee visa/Dependent visa to get the visa and the entry clearance does the religion of the boy and girl matter to the immigration officer or evidence would be enough to prove the relation between the boy and the girl irrespective of whatever religion they are associated with ?

Thanks

One religious beliefs should not make an iota of difference to one's application. It is whether both parties have met and the relationship is genuine that matters most.

Best form of evidence is photographs, emails , phone calls etc.

Hope this has answered your query
