sticky matter
hi , am new to the forum but i have a burning matter i urgenly need help with. first my partner is the father of my son his nationality is jamaicanand he been to uk before and that how we met . he applied for alsyum is 2003 and he got turn down by home office. they said he had no family ties in the uk , i was pregnant at this time . After my son born he was detainee and locked up for driving offences. I was his surety for bail. he then breach his bail term because of fiannce difficult and stop signing on in croydon. recently his mother was shot in bed and died on spot. He to the uk to get a from violence in st james where more than soul is lost eveyday. he was removed from the uk in 2006 and we are planning on geting married in jamaica in 2010 but their is a twist to the matter he here on a false identity .since he return his manage to get hold of his own paper work. is it best to married over there and will his immgration past affact his appliction. please reply [/quote]
