hi , am new to the forum but i have a burning matter i urgenly need help with. first my partner is the father of my son his nationality is jamaicanand he been to uk before and that how we met . he applied for alsyum is 2003 and he got turn down by home office. they said he had no family ties in the uk , i was pregnant at this time . After my son born he was detainee and locked up for driving offences. I was his surety for bail. he then breach his bail term because of fiannce difficult and stop signing on in croydon. recently his mother was shot in bed and died on spot. He to the uk to get a from violence in st james where more than soul is lost eveyday. he was removed from the uk in 2006 and we are planning on geting married in jamaica in 2010 but their is a twist to the matter he here on a false identity .since he return his manage to get hold of his own paper work. is it best to married over there and will his immgration past affact his appliction. please reply [/quote]

what about if we got married and he apply for a spouse visa and he his a family man , his write to him and spoke over the phone eveynight surely that count for something . Again he has done his time and i do believe has chance of being oa family man, one i have a good job and i can fianance him , i am british and i have seen a immgration adviser before and they told me has a chance. i have hear of worse than his and they got through . also i can show evidence of a genine relationship as a fatherand partner and if it was upto my son and his right he would be here

False identity will be the killer, counts as deceit - 10 yr ban.

Also Jamaica is just about the worst place to get a settlement visa from, even if ur partner was straight and honest it's very difficult. He has a history of crime and deceit based on info provided added to that it seems as if he has absconded, doesn't look good.

You need a shit hot solicitor for this one, and they cost.....

firstly the OH office last his travell document, when they remove his advise him that he could return the next day if he apply from his country . Also a year wrote to the OH in liverpool and they reply and said that he can apply but is history pass will affect it but he can be honest with the visa officer . is it true that enforcment removal are upgrate to 5 to 10 years. i have i heard of stories from other forum site and his might be sticky be i am sure it not worse . again his mom got shot in her own bed how wicked is that, no heart , he come could of have been dead but god is save him for me and son. yes he no prove show this crimal act is down by his parent to save her only son. now my partner has his own identity and unless he disclose it he because he here and overstay like many others. they might not got record of his old identity as it lost. i will get married and post my sucess story because a god a only me praise , not man and heis our creatary make evey decision.
