Got my hearing date early!

i've got my hearing date set for aug. I'm representing my wife in court.

They have sent me letter stating they have reviewed my grounds of appeal and can find no reason to overturn.

AIT have given me photocopies of all the documents sent with appeal. Who keeps the original documents? How come they havent returned the originals documents to me.

.....Or will i receive bundle later on, i am sure under immigration rule that original documents should be returned to the appelant. But they have not done so..

Also they rejected me because of my statements and wageslips, so how come they havent sent me these back i sent with the original application.

I've kept photocopies of every document i have sent to bhc islamabad.

These guys make thing very difficult, how can i go to court without my original docs, the bhc are making thing very difficult.
