Do not have documents spanning the whole two years

Post by hanay008 » Sun Jul 05, 2009 9:28 pm

Hi,

I just wanted to hear some other people experiences and get some advice. My husband and I have been together since 2005, I lived over here (UK) on a fiancée visa and we were married in Australia in 2007 and we have been in the UK since Jan 2008. So in 7 months Ill be applying for my ILR as we want to stay in the UK for a few more years.

So you need 6 documents spanning over 2 years. We barely have anything from the first year (most in his name as I was temping) and for the second year we have lots (joint accounts, council tax, gas etc) we don't have both our names on rental agreement as we only renting a room in house

Will these documents be enough or will we be rejected?? I am so scared and worried, we should have thought more in the 1st year

Thanks for any thought, its so much appreciated

A
