I just thought that i'd post my timeline here as it may be of some help to anyone going through the appeal process.

Applied for visa: 3rd Feb
Refused: 5th Feb
Appealled: 12th Feb
Appeal Pending: 6th March
Bundle Date: 14th July
Hearing Date: 13th July @ Taylor House (My Birthday)
Decision: YES on the day of the hearing; Barrister made the judge tell me the decision becasue it was my birthday!
Judge: Kealy; Old, bit grumpy but fair
Determination Letter: 27th July 2009 -Excatly on the 10th working day from the hearing

Maybe you want to add another line at the bottom here by saying " Visa granted October/Nov 09 - Total time taken from applying to getting visa is 10 months
