qualifying to remain in the Uk

I am an EU citizen and My unmarried just got her resident permit valid for the next 5yrs. If i decide to move out, how does she qualify to remain in the UK afterwards? Ii want to move out and marry someone else. How plausible is this? i need some advice!!

If she has only just got her permit, she will lose the right to remain here if you marry someone else.
Is the person you want to leave her for British?
