Time left on tenancy agreement

Post by MWill » Tue Nov 03, 2009 11:30 am

My fiancee will soon be applying for a fiancee visa, and we have a six month tenancy agreement for proof of accommodation (she is named on it and has signed it). But when we apply for the visa there will be about 3-4 months left on it.

I was just wondering whether this would be enough? I can get a letter from the company that owns and lets the property saying that after the initial six months, with no notice given, the contract will roll on on a month-by-month basis as rent is paid. Would this be helpful?
