Would this be a problem?

Post by Fay Coyle » Thu Nov 19, 2009 12:35 pm

Hi, my fiancee came from US to UK on Partner Visa, at that time with his British ex girlfriend. Shortly after he came, she broke up with him, we met, fell in love crazily:}} and we are together. His Prtner Visa with her will expire in 3 months and we would like to marry and stay here. I have amazing job, flat and he has job too[still on his Partner Visa]. We would like after marriage apply for EEA Family Visa but I am scared that they would refuse because he stayed here on Partner Visa after they broke up. But he signed 12months contract for renting flat and studied part time university, how could he leave?!! Do u think that would be a problem? We can prove our relationship and we live together 7months....thank you :?:
