VAF4(A) electronic template

Could anyone provide me with electonic templates for the VAF4(a) form and the VAF4 accompanying guidance notes. I have tried to click on the links on the Borders and Immigration official website and the pages don't come up. Being synical I suspect the forms have been removed. We are hoping to practice / review the questions before completing the online application. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. (robert@arkangel1.demon.co.uk)
