Specific queries for Unmarried Visa PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi all, any help would be massively appreciated as we're losing sleep.
Our situation in brief: Im british, have been legally living with my argentinian gf in rio de janeiro since december 2008.
I have been offered a job in london starting january. She has also been offered a non time specific job. Our intention is for me to go to london at christmas (to the home that i own) and gf to visit argentina and apply for UPV from there at begining of feb. (tot:26 months).

We have our rental agreement with both our names from dec 2008. As we are both (legal) foreigners in Rio, we dont have many official joint commitments. We have gas/electricity bills and other correspondence from may 2009 (we have plenty of testimonies, photos, emails from december). The bills are in the name of our landlord along with a declaration from him that they correspond to our usage.

My queries are:
1- Do you think that the 2 month bills shortfall will be a problem, bearing in mind that we have the rental agreement and other evidence from december?

2- Do you think the fact that the utility bills dont have our names on them will be a problem, bearing in mind the accompanying declaration that they are for our consumption of gas/electricity? Surely this is a common situation with renters?

Any information or advice would be great, thanks very much for taking the time to read.

You may well get away with it if you have the rental agreement from the beginning of the 24 months. However, for peace of mind it may be wise to get a document check from an OISC registered Immigration Advisor before you submit your application.

If you have additional proof of joint address and a letter from the landlord you should be OK.
