need help

Just to remind you guys again lam the British Citizen Husband having a relationship breakdown with spouse who is here in UK on 2yr visa which is expiring in few months time.As previously being advised by you guys l tried as much as l could to make it work but unfortunately the final straw came few days ago when l left home in the morning for work while she was home but when l returned home in the evening the lady in question packed all her belongings and left the house without prior information and up till now no contact from her.So l really need help on what to do.thanks
