Do I have any chance to apply Inside the UK , As I have a long term Visit Visa to UK.

1. The application for the spouse visa must be done in your country. It cannot be done in the UK.

No mate. With simple visit visa you can't apply from inside uk.

maxiy, no one can tell you from which country a decision on your application will be the quickest. Do remember that for any verifications from Egyptian authorities / organisations, an overseas post may require more time than is needed when verification is to be done "in-country". Also, applications from outside their jurisdiction (overseas applicants) is an extra workload on existing resources and is expected that extra time will be needed to arrive at a decision.
