what does this means ?

Although your sponsor has presented a tenancy agreement, your sponsor has not provided any evidence, such as an Environmental Health Officer letter, confirming that your proposed accommodation is suitable and that your addition will not cause overcrowding. I am not therefore satisfied that there will be adequate accommodation for the parties and any dependants without recourse to public funds in accommodation which they own or occupy exclusively as required by rule 317 (iv).

Hi cyber_warez

It basically means that only a tenancy agreement was submitted as part of the accommodation evidence. You usually submit some additional paper work for accommodation such as:

1) Tenancy agreement - Which you did
2) Housing report - Companies provide this service, basically a report from a approved Surveyor detailing the aspects of accommodation such as its measurements, how many people can live in this house, how many are currently living, how many more can come to live etc.
3) Letter from the land lord - Kind of an approval from the landlord that the tenant can bring his/her partner to this accommodation.
4) Photographs of the property - Not 100% required but it is good if provided, just a few pictures of the bedroom, Spam etc.

I am sure if you are able to provide the tenancy agreement, you can easilly provide the rest as well. Only if you had provided this earlier, you may have saved your application because these are very small bits of evidence and easy to get hold of.

I am not sure if you can submit this now so that while your application is being reviewed by the ECM, it can be overturned. Hope your application gets sorted quickly.
