ILR impact on dependent visa

Post by ilrq11 » Thu May 26, 2011 9:08 pm

I was on Tier 2 visa with my wife and daughter as my dependents. Few months back I've got ILR but at that time my family was in India and therefore they could not apply for ILR along with me.

Since my visa status has changed from Tier 2 to ILR, what will happen to dependent visa of my family. Is dependent visa of my wife and daughter still valid so that they can join me back at UK ? Will it create any problem in Immigration check ?

Just to add - existing dependent visa for my wife and daughter is stamped till June next year. So can they still use it to come and join me in UK ?

Thanks in advance.
