well CASA,im hardly telling people to lie in their visa applications,if im encouraging them not to come forward at all in the first place.And if you think people with adverse immigration history,should go home and reapply as recommended by UKBA,to regularise their immigration status,you are seriously dreaming.And as for me Scaremongering?? no mate,Im telling it how it is.If you follow this path your visa will be refused.And your spouse will be served a section 320 11.

So Stay inland,why put yourself at the mercy of dearly beloved ECO's particularly those in Addis Ababa.In conclusion if such an issue concerns you and you want to take Casa's advice,then go ahead and try.Start saving up for your appeal case now......Dont come forward and hand yourself in.Truth and honesty mean nothing to the UKBA.sad to say
