How old do you have to be to invite your husband from abroud e.g. Pakistan?
And what if the person who you want to marry is officialy from Pakistan and is in the UK as a student you want to marry him when he is present in the UK is that possible?

Marriage may be possible, but
switching depends on
age.

Both have to be over 21.
You can marry in the UK but if either of you are under 21 you can't switch to spouse.
It would have helped if you'd answered Vinny's question so I'm having to guess that you are settled in the UK. Vinny gave you the information, you just needed to click on the words in blue!

your husband/future husband would not be able to apply for a spouse visa if either of you are below the age of 21.

you can get married but currently he can't apply for a spouse visa if you are under 21 unless the law is changed as it is currently subject to on going litigation.

not a very good one if that's all he advised you. Go to seek advice from a competent immigration solicitor or advisor.
