Residence card with maiden name

Residence card with maiden name

Hello All,

I am new here,just need to find out something.

Im married to a british citizen.im on a spouse visa.the residence card was issued in my maiden name.I have just recently renewed my passport and my married name is on my new e passport.

Were going on holiday.can i use my residence card with my maiden name with my passport(with my married name).planning on taking my marriage certificate with me.

All responses will be appreciated.
