PROBLEM WITH FLR(M) !!!

Hi,

I came to UK on dependent of TIER 1 visa which is valid till April 2012.But my husband's visa changed to ILR last month so I took an appointment for my visa extension through FLR(M) on 9 sep 2011 at Croydon PEO.My Biometric residence pemit will be given within 7 working days.But i have to go back to India before 15th Sep at any cost and I wont get permit by that time.

Will there be any problem in entry to UK if I go without permit now and get it by post in India?

please help me out!!!

It's not a very elegant solution but I don't see a problem with that scenario assuming it does not go astray in the post.
