I just got my PR last month,i have been sending money on monthly basis to my parents in India and i am their only son. I have one younger sister who is married now. My father has got his own business (but business is not runnung that good) he is 61 yrs old and my mother is 56years old she is housewife.
We have 2 bedroom flat which is in My and my mothers name. My parents are dependent on me.Though having a flat in my and my mothers name can i still apply for their Residence over her.
Kindly advice as i am new to the immigration law[/b]
