Help for FLR(m)

Hi,I have just got my ILR(10 yrs)I was student for last 10 years.now I want to apply for my wife using FLR(m).my college has already lost their licence in end of aug.somebody told me that will affect my wife's visa status,so there might be some complication.is it true ?what shall I do ?anybody has any idea ?
