confusion on appeal

Post by kipkip » Wed Nov 16, 2011 5:22 pm

hi i was refused settlements visa, but we are going to appeal, my solicitor wrote submission so that i can take it to embassy and at the same time he told me he will appeal at the same time in uk. Now am confused about this. now am asking if this is in order.
Who shall separate me from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? or even VISA REFUSAL?
