Spouse visa refusal help!!

Hi there I applied for my husbands settlement visa for the uk, I'm a British citizen his in Pakistan. It was refused as he overstayed his visitor visa here, however he did have an entry stamp in his passport showing that he did return to his country on time, they have said this stamp is fake, but he was given another 2 yr visitor visa based on this stamp and they didn't query it then? I am now appealing, I an so scared how do you think my appeal will go plz help

He's being refused for the fake document rather than the overstay. However, you need to post the full text of the refusal notice because it's not possible to help or comment without this.

Hi thanks for the reply it states that we have checked and u overstayed u applied for another visit visa to create the facade
That u had met the visa time
Limits. You have a entry stamp which we have compared to our records and have found that it is not genuine. So you have tried to create a travel history to disguise the evidence. Refused under 320 7a, I am not
Satisfied that a person genuinely seeking entry as a spouse would employ deception, replies well appreciated thanks

Not good. You need professional help with this. Did he fake the stamp?

Quite easy to do in Pakistan. Corrupt officials will only gladly do it for you for a tenner
