Appeal against decision Spousal Visa

Post by hey2010 » Sun Dec 04, 2011 11:16 am

hi,

My wife submit her application for Spousal Visa in Islamabad, Pakistan

Her application was rejected.

Can someone please let me know who needs to appeal. Will I need to appeal or She needs to do it.

Who Needs to fill in the IAFT-2 Form me or her?

Can she appeal in Pakistan or it has to be in UK.

Thank you for advice.

The applicant appeals (it is, after all, her application) but that's not to say that someone else can't do the work involved in submitting the appeal on her behalf. The appeal can be submitted in the UK or the applicant's country. This information is clearly stated on the letter and forms that came with the refusal. Given that she has those forms it would appropriate that she appeals or sends you the forms so that you have the information (as clearly you don't have the information at the moment).

Thank you for reply.

I dont have the information at the moment. I have read on lot of forums and they all were saying in needs to be in UK but she is the one who is applying for visa not me so can she apply in UK.

I will ask her to send me the documents.
