Help with family visa appeal

Good afternoon all,

hope you are are well.

My sister recently applied for visit visa to come to my wedding but was refused. - the summary of the refusal was that 'on that the clearance officer didnt think she will return back to nigeria after the visit.

Now a little background on my sister, she first came to the uk in 2008 undr the old working holiday 2 years visa and then went back to nigeria, she then apply for a work permit in nigeria as she got a year contract as a teacher in a disable school and then she decided not to renew her contract and went back to nigeria last october. She has recently started a job in nigeria.

So I am surprised they refused her a visa. By the way I have got UL and my wife is british. I am looking to write up the appeal myself and was wondering if there is any law or something that I can use to backup my appeal.
