HI i am salman from Karachi PAkistan.I went to Uk in 2009 on tier 4 visa my valid leave was till 20th may 2011,i applied for extension they sent my documents back on 1st june which i actually got in month of september because my land lady was on labour holidays they were unable to deduct 386 pounds as i was short of money and totally unaware to it,i re applied my visa they rejected on the grounds that i did not have valid visa at the time when i applied and i was unable to prove my established presence,they held my passport and did not give me right of appeal, i went to solicitor they got appeal right for me but unfortunately my appeal was overturned by tribunal.I left right after i recieved decision from court ,Tribunal gave me right to appeal in upper tribunal till 5th jan 2012 but i left uk on 9th jan 2012 voluntarily and collect my passport from airport but i was shocked when i open my passport page where they stated section of overstaying and collection point.Do u guys think would it effect my re entry if i apply for uk visa again or any eea country.I think quoted that section because they were unaware of my appeal is in tribunal??????plz reply me

Withdrawing an application meant you lost your section 3D right. Therefore you became an overstayer. I dont think this will be very material in subsequent EC applications

They served me with Is151a form.I went to north london by myself to collect my passport they did not give me passport at that time but hand me over

with is151a form and gave me passport at departure lounge.On the page it states that served with is151a by north control london lit on 6.1.12 .

My question is can i reapply for visa?although i am not overstayed even 1 day near by me.
