letter from employer for ILR

Hi,

I am applying for ILR in November because of being here on an Ancestral visa since November 2007. I would just like to have a template of the letter I must get my employer to write for me. Another question is because I want to submit via postal service should I just use the Post Office special delivery or another courier service.
