Hello, wondering can someone urgently help with this LONG QUESTION PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. I met my boyfriend in Ireland Dublin, he had split with his ex wife a year before we met. they had a child together, when she left Ireland she returned to the UK but had the baby in Ireland. He wanted to have contact with his daughter so he return to the UK. His ex wife refused for him to have any contact so he brought her to court in the UK to get custody of his daughter, where he won the case. This is reason why his application is in the home office. I was still attending college so could not go with him. Before this when he was crossing back to the UK he was stopped by immigration and refused to return to the UK. A month later he drove to get the ferry and then was allowed to return back to the UK. While he was there he put in his application so was not allowed to travel until the application was cleared. I then found out i was pregnant, he told me the situation so i remained in Ireland and gave birth to his daughter. 3months later i went to the UK reason why took so long for me to go i am a member from the Irish Traveller Community and he is African Ugandan while it is not really accepted for that to happen in a Traveller family i was having a hard time by family members and went into depression. I came over in August 2011. We now want to go back to Ireland as i was refused to be given benefits here in the UK and was also told im not intilted to a house so we are living at his mothers house while she works away. I am pregnant again due in 4months and would like this baby to be born in Ireland but i want him to return with me as a family in Ireland.
QUESTION:: WILL THE IMMIGRATION OFFICE GIVE HIM AN EU FAMILY VISA???
OR
WILL THEY GIVE HIM A FEW DAYS TO CROSS THE BORDER??
OR
WOULD HE BE DEPORTED BACK TO AFRICA UGANDA??
He is not aloud to work in the UK due to immigration until his application is sorted, it is very hard as im not receiving and benefits and his mother is supporting us.. HE IS ALOUD TO WORK IN IRELAND.
HAS ANYBODY GOT ANY IDEA HOW WE CAN GO ABOUT THIS MATTER/SITUATION PLEASE PLEASE??
We want to make a personal application ourselves..
