Not sure why your focused on downloading the receipt over and over again. The preview should show everything, scroll down if it doesn’t because it might have merged it together.

Don’t focus so much on downloading the receipt, just upload the documents, preview to make sure they look right and once all done download receipt and send to your partner to take with them to appointment. Can’t really get anymore simple than that.

I checked the receipt once I did them all and it was all there.

Yes I am rather fixated on that receipt, I guess i just want to be sure it all gets there and nothing goes wrong, the preview does show the documents I have uploaded that day but then the next day it might show a few but most of them don't appear. I thought maybe the receipt will only show so many files due to space in the boxes, the additional box is full of file names so it can't fit anymore in, I did email the customer care but not had anything back yet and all the documents need to be uploaded this week. If all your files are showing then i will just finish uploading and and do at the end. If any aren't there on the receipt then I suppose I will have to go to the office and pay for the scanning service. I can't even find how to make an appointment to do that! STRESSED!

I hope somebody might have experience of this.
I have applied for UK spouse visa and have submitted and paid for the application,my wife's bio biometrics appointment is next week. I have just checked over the application and realised that under question about applicants personal details where it asks have you been known by any other name, we answered no but my wife now has my surname since we married. Should I have put her name before we got married, although it's the same she even kept her surname and uses as middle name? I thought at the time it meant have you ever changed your name like something completely different?
Can anyone advise do I need to cancel and reapply?
