Shit! You poor baby!!! Listen, so manay of us in exactly the same boat, a few of us have been refused - @Believe and @GodGives are going for JR , some are appealing.... @Yahwadud have now been granted, but lets not forget, this was his appeal coz he was rejected before...
Untll you see refusal letter and the reasons for your refusal, we can't really plan the best course of action. Stay strong for now hun!

Don't be upset bro, a setback is always a setup, a setup for the better which will come along with some good news eventually. Pls bro don't fall apart yet when the battle is still on the battle field. Cos they may have won this battle but not the war and we all here with you till the very end of the war. What the hell is going on with HO, they are refusing so many cases, specially human rights.

I have lost hope now!
FLR(O) send: 17/08/2012 (7 yrs rule)
Bio done: 14/02/2013
Decision: Refused with no right of Appeal

@summer2013 don't loose hope our time is nearly there probably next week we nearly cross 6 months time from biometric, generally if you cross six months from biometric have a chance to get a decision. We need to face home office decision coming weeks. God bless

@summer2013 trust me you will get a stay, don't worry you apply in the immigration rules, doesn't matter what people say about this? but I believe we will get a stay. APPLIED ON THE BEST INTEREST OF CHILD, BE POSITIVE, next week we will get a positive result.
