Hey ... Im getting paranoid with my bank statement that i submitted with my app if someone can help me please .... I called my natwest bank and asked them to send me 6 mnths of bank statements in the post which they did. I took it to branch and they said that this is sent straight frm the headoffice and doesnt need to be comfirmed as its on their headed paper.
Anyone else submitted bank statements that they ordered by calling the bank and recieved in post? And are they ok ?????

I did, Natwest wont stamp them anymore and my address was only on the first page so ended up sending a whole years statement. I had no other choice but to send it. Not heard anything from BHC yet.

No point in getting paranoid now this wont change the outcome..As far i know if the statements were on headed paper then there is no need for them to be stamped/signed.
May Allah swt make it easy for us all

Salam alaikum all. I recieved the paper work today with the reason for refusal on the review stage which is: (the original entry clearance application was refused due to HMRC not having any employment records for the financial year 14/15. On the appeal the apellant submitted letters from HMRC confirming employment, however the letters did not confirm how much the sponsor earns annually. I am therefore not satisfied)....

How stupid is this ECM!!!! Im going to reapply quickly now
Application and biometrics submitted - 27August 2014
Visa Refused - 17 December 2014
Online appeal submitted - 9th January 2015
Notice of a pending appeal - 27th January 2015
Bundle received back from BHC ISB (apparently) - 24th February 2015

Assalam ul alaikum brother,
Its really silly reasonthey gave but i think you shouldn't give up.Inshallah it will get sorted at hearing stage. Also with ongoing appeal you can also re apply. At least give them some tough time.Did tribunal send you the letter about refusing at the review stage. When did your appeal registered?looks like your case been dealt so quickly which is unusual.Did they give you any hearing date?

I think this Monday gone by they tried to call but no one answered then they rang on Tuesday and someone answered. But they ring to confirm address and to let you that they are going to send a letter. I rang the Tribunal in England yesterday and they said they got a email which said it was changed on Monday too. Hopefully both of our partners get the letter on Monday. I am planning to call the high commission if that isn't the case with me just to see what is happening.

@Ibbzy If you went to court you would definitely get your visa. The ECM clearly is being unjust. The ECM could of easily rang HMRC and asked how much your annual income is. This is all a joke to them playing with people's lives. They just have no remorse what so ever.

There is no fast track spouse visa service. This is complete BS was confused about it when my husband told me basically this is what I and my husband think Gerry's offer a VIP lounge service for an additional charge when you book and appointment they ask you about having the VIP option for an additional charge. We think not many applicants opt for it so they are selling it another way. Due to most cases being assessed fairly quick they are manipulating that to there own gain. Who wants to be at the vac for leisure purposes that you need a whole lounge?! All you want to do is give your papers and get your passport at the end of it.
