how do u go about deporting sum1 whos cum on spouse settlement visa from uk bk to pakistan? they stil gt a year for visa to expire

You don't 'deport' someone. You may inform the UKBA that the relationship has ended and they may decide to curtail such leave. That person would not be able to apply for SET(M) unless their relationship subsists. Is this a personal question relating to your wife?
