Wife visa application check list

Hi All,

Hope all is well.

Please advice me on the list of documents i am sending for my visa application. I am on ILR from last one year and i want to bring my wife from India.

Supporting documents from me:

Employment letter
Payslips
Bank statements
P60
cover letter
vaf4 appendix2
council tax bill from last 4 years
ILR BRP card copy
passport copy

From my wife:

passport
photos
marriage certificate
TB test result.

Please advice if we need to submit any more documents.

Proof of accommodation?

Accommodation proof i only have council tax bill from the last 4 years, is that enough?

No you need proof of tenancy or ownership also.
If you are renting you also need written permission from landlord.

But the problem is i live in a studio flat and on the agreement its clearly says its only for one person. what should i do…????
