Hi I am on ILR and wishing to bring my wife from India as my dependant. I have all the necessary document that required for my wife visa application. I have a thing to clarify with you guys. I stay in a studio flat and my tenancy agreement says its a studio flat, i am getting a letter from my landlord saying they are happy if i accomodate my wife in my studio.
What you guys think, should i proceed with my application or HO will decline application on the basis of this?
One of my friend was in similar situation and he just submit and go the visa with out any issues.
Any suggestion from experts?
