English Language requirement confusion- Urgent pls

Hi All,

I am almost ready with all the document to apply for my wife dependant visa from India. I am on ILR from last one year and want to bring my wife to UK, we recently got married.

She had a B.Tech qualification that was equivalent to British Bachelor degree and have a letter from her college saying this degree was taught and examined in english. Is this enough for her visa? or she definitely need to take exam ?

I am a bit confused with this, i hear quite a lot of contradictory opinions.

Please advice.
