Child born in the uk

Post by latinointheuk » Fri May 08, 2015 11:02 pm

Hi guys
My baby boy is 5 weeks old, I registered I want to know if he is British citizen.
His mother is illegal, I have ILR, we aren't married.

Thank you very much
