Salary through cheque

Hi. Can you please guide me. For flr m I am taking salary through cheque for 6 months. In bank statement it's showing onlying cheque number. Would copies of cheque will be enough or should I get attested these copies from lawyer? Many thanks

Why isn't your employer paying it via BACS straight your bank account?.It would be much easier for all concerned

They don't have online account and it's easier for them. But is it safe to use cheque?
