NO, he wasn't making up these statements, and at no point I was suggesting otherwise. However ,what I was relating to ,as far as my case and many others that I read about in this board, are concerned is the lack of advice or information the applicants did get from their solicitors about their cases.archigabe wrote:You mean to say that there are solicitors who make up statements like this?

I can understand your point but it was not my intention to distribute his intellectual product. Your case is too complex to be dealt with here, and as you have already stated that you do not want 'non professional' advice, I think you should consider getting legal advice from a new solicitor.
