I received a letter from the Sheffield home office department addressed as;

Temporary Migration
U.K. visas and Immigration
Home Office
Level 4 Vulcan House - Steel
6 Millsands
Sheffield
S3 8NU

What does it mean? Why that place? Because I am reading it is the detention centre. Has anyone been granted leave from this department address of the Home Office?
What does it says in the letter.

It's asking for my biometrics which I gave/enrolled in the first application which they said they were going I use for this application. So I had to go do it again. The letter also had the date as “DATE AS POSTDATE”. I made the application in late August.

How and when did you submit your biometrics for this application?

What kind of application did you make and what's your timeline ?

In an overview looks like they are about to process you application.

My Application Flr/fp have been granted on 6th Jan 2021. Made Application on 26th April 2020. Its been a long time but I am thankful to God that he has turn my sadness to happiness. I am a 15years overstayer mum of 3 British children. And now I got my paper at last. Thank you all. :D
Congratulations!

That’s a very long months of waiting too tho!
I cannot imagine the stress it puts everyone especially on this pandemic!

Also, I just want to update everyone on my case

Summary;

Timeline: 1st application
Submitted online app- Aug14.2020
Biometrics done Croydon- Oct28.2020
Submitted documents to sscfhru- oct28.2020
Received docs at Sheffield office- oct29.2020
Got email from sscfhru asking to send docs via email-dec.4.2020 ( SSC-FHRU@homeoffice.gov.uk)
Submitted what they asked me the following day.
Again got an email from (FHRUDecisionservice@homeoffice.gov.uk) asking to send another attachments that has no third party files such as googledrive, Microsoft one drive and Dropbox and told me that they are not permitted to open files from any third party for security reasons. January 10.2021
So I submitted today all I have from my phone gallery instead - January 16.2021

Question, does anyone has the same experience with me? Does it mean that they might decide soon and I’m hoping yes as it’s been 5months now I’m waiting for a decision.

Thanks goodluck to everyone too!

Congratulations

Could you please share your Timeline with us. Thanks

Hey chill, I was actually asking a question which I experienced this week, just wondering if anyone had the same problem with mine, as you can see the email address was from Decision service ? I’m asking if anyone had experienced or had an email from this email address and encountered the same thing as mine? So chill , I’ve seen FLR FP approvals lately on my other large group on Facebook . We might get ours soon too

I’ve recently made an application under the EU scheme and I’ve not yet received a decision but, my Son’s mother is having an emergency home and needs to travel out of the UK for a week with my son. Is her trip gonna have any impact on my application still in process?

This is NOT the correct topic to ask about the EU settlement scheme. This topic is ONLY for FLR FP applications. Start your own topic in the sub forum link below.
