Response when my solicitor chased

I can confirm we have received your client’s application and we aim to reach a decision as soon as possible. It may be necessary to write to you again to request further information.

FLR(FP) applications are not currently subject to a service standard, each application is considered on its own merits and supporting documents provided. We are therefore unable to provide a timescale for a decision. Please be assured you will be contacted in due course with either a decision or a request for information”

I'm sure you haven't reached 11 months. Definitely once you reach 11 months they will reply you. Fingers crossed.

I applyed on 30May , 2022 to switch my visa from asylum to FLR FP with a second extension to FLRFP.
I paid 800 extra and I have one year suspended sentence and restrain order for 5 years starting from Feb/2020

Although we would normally decide on your application within 24 hours from the
date it was submitted, unfortunately, this is not going to be possible in your case.
This is because records show that you have an outstanding criminal
prosecution. No decision will be taken on your application until this matter has
been concluded.

We expect to make a decision on your application as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,

when do you expect I will get it?
thanks

Not sure what advice you are seeking. The email is very clear that your application is on hold pending the outstanding criminal prosecution and until that is resolved and finalised, your application won't be looked at or considered further.

It means that you have an ongoing case to answer in court. Your immigration application will be decided when the court is through with your court case.

I have found that it depends on your query it’s sent to the relevant team when sent via general query form. The team then responds specific to your query including when a decision is made as a result of the query being forwarded to them.
A standard response is also expected at times.

I have emailed my mp no reply from him either yet. I'm so frustrated As everyone else. When calling I cant speak to anyone for an update, Everyone I know had there's dead on 11 months or less. We have a trip booked in October and worried we can't go.

I have applied for the Flr FP 10 year route since December 2021 and still waiting for a decision. I have recently changed my address and I am wondering if it is best to wait till I can get a decision through my email or contact home office now to change my address? Is it possible that the home office will contact me through the post instead of email?

The reason why I am asking this is that I don't want home office to start asking for proof of address documents which may further cause a delay in the decision making. I have been waiting for 8 months now. Thanks in advance for the replies.

Hi All
I have been in UK since 2020. I was came here through student visa. During my studies I was recognised with Depression and it’s affects my studies. My course was finished on 2021 September but I didn’t passed in one module. So I am not eligible for stay back visa. As per the advice of a solicitor I was applied for FLR FP with my husband on April 2022. Since last year I was tried two attempts but failed again for that module. Now my health is disaster I lost a lot of weight etc. I was submitted all my medical records with my application

I was applied for FLR FP on April 2022. Am I eligible for this route? One my friend from another country was informed me I need stay longer in UK in order to get FLR FP. Please some body reply, thank you!

@burgar
What mode of contact did you choose during the submission of your application
If it is email then they will contact you through emails mostly. If it was post they will contact you via post for further informations.
You can email home office regarding the address change and also attach a proof of address ( bank statement etc. ) to this email SSC-FHRU@homeoffice.gov.uk
I was informed my address change through this email address. Thank you!

Unable to find any personal post of yours besides this timeline thread.
The conditions attached or on which your leave is based is stated on the approval letter. Also if their is NRPF, this will be stated on the reverse side of BRP.
