Hopefully some outcome in next 15 days.

Thanks in Advance!!
Hi its been 9 days since escalation nothing heard, is it the time to contact my local MP?

I just realised that we missed photographs sending to UK is that be a problem.?
i think it is very important that photographs are included with the application to prove a genuine and subsisting relationship. you need to look into this matter if you have not included them.
It is not the wedding photos, passport size photos, my wife was here before for nearly 4 years on dependent visa.

As long as one passport photo is sent with the application form it should be ok.

If you haven’t sent any I suggest you you send it now with a covering note clearly stating your GWF reference so it gets linked to your file.

THanks to reply
And what about my original documents

Will they send later ??

I have seen a number of applicant recieving there documents back after the decision but majority receive it soon after the email received “Application is under consideration by ECO” or just before it.

I receieved this message on 22/06/18

We have previously communicated our customer service target for settlement applications as 60 working days. Unfortunately, we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service target. We apologise for any inconvenience that this might cause.

We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible over the coming days. We appreciate your patience.

Does “coming days” literally mean days?

Received not straight forward email as 60 days have passed. But i have emailed them about it been not straight forward and it is literally because there is a huge back log. Anyone else have biometrics done 20/03/18 and still waiting.

My husband had his biometrics on 23rd March (we paid priority) and he got a call asking to collect his passport on 20th June (59 working days), Visa granted Alhamdullilah! We also received a 'not straightforward' email on 12th June. Dont lose hope guys delay or receiving the 'not straightforward' email does not necessarily mean a negative outcome!

App was standard and yes they said that there was a huge back log which was why I got the not straight forward email.

I am in a dilemma too and very nervous as I was only able to sent watsapp communication chat screenshots but no call logs as I had a bad habit of deleting my call logs and my wife was very busy we only chat rather than phone calls. But in addition, I did sent money transfer receipts, tickets, gift & card receipts, wedding photos. Can anyone here advise if call logs could be a deal breaker? Also I went to get married only for a week due to lack of holidays and I mentioned I wanted to save my holidays for later to travel with her. Only time we spent together was wedding ceremonies. I also forgot to sent post wedding pictures we went out for 2-3 days that we had. I am very nervous.

Another working day goes and still no SMS to collect passport. If a decsion is made then what takes them this long to return passport. 62nd working day since biometrics were done. Starting to get worried.
