Please help!!!!

Is there anybody here who is submitting a Spousal Visa to UK from Rabat Morocco???????

I am submitting it for my Moroccan husband but we can’t seem to find clear information on the supporting documents!

I just want to know if I can submit them myself from the UK directly to Sheffield or if he needs to take them with him to Rabat at the Biometrics appointment???

Please help!:)
