My immigration status is ILR on partner of settle person basis
I have two kids age 11 yrs and 9 years in pakistan from previous marriage .i am only sole parental responsible for tthem because my wife the mother of these kids died in 2007
After that i married here in uk 2012 with settle person .i first entered in uk 2011 as a student tier4 general .i switch teir 4 to spouse visa in 2013 .recently i got indefinite leave to remain (5 yrs route )exempt financial threshold because my wife is getting carer allawance and disablity benefits .i have two british kids age 4 and 5 as years as well living with me in uk both are disable ...now i want bring my two kids from pakistan under paragraph297 rule
Is it possible ??? My financial situation is self employed earning 3900 per year plus carer allowance 65 pound per week ..
My partner income is as
Carer allowance £65 per week
Child tax credit 280 per week
Child benefit 35 per week
Disablity living allowance 220 per week
Housing benefit 85 per week
Can i am able to bring my children from pakistan with my current situation or not
If yes
Then i m still exempt from finanical thesholds or not
