I think they should have used FLR(M) or FLR(FP)?

They expect overseas born children to have ILR, at least one parent to be British and the other parent to be settled.

No. They will still need ILR and will follow the same immigration path as their other parent.

IHS fee refunded. What's this mean?

Post by shata-123 » Mon Oct 01, 2018 2:53 pm

Dear forum members.
I have submitted my wife and three children's flrho application last year august 2017. With application I paid only £800 IHS fee. Then in march 2018 I have received letter from home office I did not paid correct IHS fee and balance £1200 due to paid as soon as possible. I have paid £1200 also same day. Thereafter I haven't heard anything till to date. Last night I checked I have received £1200 IHS refund from home office in my account. What's this mean my family visa application status will be? I am very worry about. Would you mind give me feedback please? Thank you

Have you checked with Home Office to see if you application has been concluded. A refund doesn't automatically mean a refusal.
