My partner and my child r UK citizen. Refused by HO and ftt, permission to appeal refused 1st and now in UT

Hi. I m an illegal immigrant. I have a british partner and two british kids. boy is 3years old and daughter 1 year old. I apply for leave to remain under article 8 to home office. But I refused than i appeal but again refuse. Now i apply for permission to appeal since 4 months but today I got a letter from home office ask me to send 4 passport size photos. Some body please help me and give me your view. Thanks

Home office asked same four pics I sent but I had appeal in tribunal before home office ask me four photographs Home Office already withdrawn it decision from the court. U should get right of appeal in the country. And don't worry u got kids they r British. and I don't think so any thing bad happen to u just keep ur hope that u will get ur status in the country. Don't worry.

Hi Gerry u need to find out which team ask u to send photographs u can find out on the top of the letter which HO sent to u then we'll discuss about the it
I m still awaiting for my BRP card I done my biometric enrolment just a week ago.

U got same case I got but u will get soon ur right of appeal in the country from the court, because of human rights case and u got kids u have relationships with them and with ur wife as wel and she British article 8!is there for u to protect u
And home office asked me to send photographs at the same address u got. U got appeal in court and u got British kids as well u don't need to worry u will get ur status in the country I had some situation and I got kids as wel. Don't worry wait for the good time that will come soon for u for family.

Thanks kmeh. So did you refuse from home office as well. And then you appeal to the court. It was lower tribunal or upper tribunal. How far your appeal goes so than home office withdrawa it's appeal. Can you explain me bit.

HO refused my application with out right of appeal. Then I applied for JR in the upper tribunal court they refused my application wich was on documents then I applied again in the upper tribunal court for oral hearing where I won my right of appeal. Before hearing HO withdrawn said HO gonna reconsider ur application and if HO refused would give u right of appeal in the country. So they refused again after reconsideration my application. With right of appeal. I applied in the first tier tribunal court then before hearing Ho withdrawn it original decision. And said we gonna issue u the visa and instructions have been issued for leave to remain visa. That's my story. Don't worry u will get ur soon. now I am awaiting for BRP card just done my biometric enrolment a week ago.

Hi kmeh. Your story is almost same like mine. I m very happy you win in the end. But if ho do not give you right to appeal. You can still go for jr in upper court.

Hi kmeh. I got very bad news today. They refused my permission to appeal now I have to ask for permission to appeal in upper court. I really do not understand why they keep refusing me.

Same happened with me then I got the permission from the upper tribunal. trust me u will get right of appeal. Tell me u r the biological father of the kids? And how long ago u married with ur wife? Did u register ur marriage? Three ??? Answer me please.

Hi. Thanks for response. Yes I m the biological father of my both kids. And me and my wife living together since 2014. We only merry religiously but i did not registered my marriage and the reason for refuse is that we should go back to our home country with our kids and live there. My wife taking too much stress now. She scared that HO may deport me.

Hi kmeh. Thanks for good wishes. I would like to change my solicter now. You think solicitor can change some thingy and how much normally they charge for permission to appeal.

They charge 370 if u win u need to pay more 370 that is 740 court fee. and they will charge more like 700 for ur case to get ready and baristor fee cost u minimum £2000 my wife and kids r British.

Hi. So this is just permission to appeal fee. This is not all case fee. M I right?

Hi. I already post my case history before but on different subject. But do not get any reply. That's why I write this subject. I came in England in 1994 when I was 12years old. Find my life partner in 2012 and I have two kids as well. Boy 3years and daughter 1 year. My case is refused so many time. Now I have this last FT. Judge refuse that I can go to my back home country and take my family with me. Because by evidence I only prove that I been in uk since 2001. Please give me your idea. Thanks
